A skilled painter, he taught himself barbering from YouTube and cut his teeth — literally — with a group of former co-workers as his willing test subjects. After growing his personal clientele to 11 friends who flatly refused to get haircuts anywhere else, Avery took his natural talent and turned it into his first career that has ever provided him with true fulfillment.
